Financial Reasons

Wandsworth: has one of the cheapest council taxes in the country. Couple that with the properties on the estate being valued at a low band and it’s win-win! Just think what you could do with an extra £1000+ a year. Maybe a holiday or top up your pension. Or just buy some more clothes .. Well I’m sure you’ll know what to do with the extra dosh.

Well you could live anywhere in Wandsworth and benefit from cheaper council tax. So why live on the estate? Hypothetically, lets say you bought a place to live here. It will be cheaper and larger than anything you could afford in the surrounding areas. Thus you’ll have more space for less mortgage and even more spare cash as a result.
